Kid's Course

There are 3 primary goals with our kids Course:

  1. Make it fun, we want the kids to walk away from our program with a positive view of exercising. We will work and train effectively, but we want it to be as fun as we can make it. We'll add games, obstacle courses, races, and some other fun things to do where the kids will forget their actually exercising. 
  2. Proper technique: The earlier you learn the proper technique for exercising, the better. We want to build a proper and a safe foundation to build off for years to come. Too many kids get into high school athletics without ever learning good form and end up either hurting themselves or not maximizing their training because they never learned how to do it the right way. 
  3. Improving: In 6 weeks we can make considerable progress, we will do a few tests at the beginning and the end to show the young athletes how being consistent and working hard will pay off. 

We will do a free kickoff event on Saturday June 21'st at 10:30 for everyone, all ages. Then we will have 2 groups meeting Monday and Wednesday. June 23rd to July 30. 

Ages 7-10 Meet at 1:15 PM

Ages 11-14 Meet at 2:00 PM

Early sign up is $150 for the whole 6 weeks.
