PT for faster Results

Group vs one on one training. I remember way back when I was training for high school football we had team strength and conditioning which consisted of the team meeting in the gym and following the workout program all together. It was great working with the team and pushing each other. Every workout the strength and conditioning coach would pick one guy and work through the workout just with them. I still remember how much harder those workouts were. It was the same workout, however, there was no getting away with compromised form, the rest periods were strict, and he could tell if I wasn’t giving full effort. In the group we cared a little more about how we compared to the group, in the one on one setting with the coach everything was dictated, usually lifting less weight but I was working much harder. This isn’t a knock on group training, it’s what our gym primarily does and people have made tremendous improvements, but to take it to the next level and reach your goals faster, personal training is the way to go.
